We’re transforming how we use data to monitor and improve wastewater performance and compliance. With new monitoring technology and evolving regulatory requirements, this role is pivotal in shaping how we report, analyse, and act on complex data sets.
As Data Analytics Manager, you’ll bring together diverse data streams to create a clear picture of compliance and performance across our wastewater assets. You’ll combine technical expertise with strong communication skills to influence decisions at all levels, including senior leadership.
What you'll be doing:
Lead the submission of accurate, complete data and reports to regulators.
Ensure quality control of data extraction and transformation processes.
Design and manage analytical and forecasting tools.
Present insights on risks and opportunities to drive informed decisions.
Promote data governance and collaborate with GIS, Asset Data, and IT teams.
Represent the business in technical forums with regulators and industry peers.
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for varied audiences.
What we are looking for:
Essential: Degree in Maths, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.
Desirable: Water industry experience.
Full UK driving licence.
