We’re looking for a motivated Customer Service & Networks Asset Manager to lead the planned maintenance and repair activities for our sewerage network. You’ll play a key role in preventing pollution and flooding, managing follow‑up work, and ensuring we deliver a reliable and efficient service for our customers.

What you’ll be doing
Leading and supporting a team of operators and technicians to deliver high-quality, cost‑effective work.
Building a culture of engagement, development, and continuous improvement.
Working closely with Asset Management, Process Control, Field Support and Information Services teams to ensure asset and instrumentation data is accurate and available.
Managing all aspects of planned follow‑up work, including cleansing programmes, site checks, repairs, CCTV/hydraulic surveys, and further investigations.
Taking responsibility for resolving flooding and pollution incidents, ensuring investigations and actions are completed quickly and effectively.
Supporting pollution and flooding reduction strategies and staying up to date with relevant environmental legislation.
Overseeing strategic contracts locally, ensuring compliance, quality, and timely delivery.
Participating in the Duty Catchment Manager standby and weekend rota.
What we’re looking for
Degree/HNC (or equivalent) in a relevant subject — Degree preferred
Strong operational leadership experience
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Proven ability to motivate and manage high‑performing teams
Confident IT user with strong MS Office skills
Experience managing budgets and balancing resources
Proactive problem-solver with the ability to use initiative
Strong presentation skills
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the area
Ability to participate in the duty rota
