Are you highly organised, proactive, and motivated by supporting teams to deliver complex projects successfully? We’re looking for a Project Support Administrator to join our Engineering department and play a vital role in enabling smooth, efficient project delivery across our programmes.
About the Role
As a Project Support Administrator, you'll provide essential administrative and coordination support to the Engineering and delivery teams. You’ll help keep projects on track by managing documentation, maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, supporting financial processes, and liaising with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, works methodically, and thrives in a busy environment where no two days look the same.
What You’ll Be Doing
Maintaining accurate project documentation and ensuring clear audit trails in line with company procedures
Carrying out data collection and analysis to support project delivery
Creating projects within the company’s Ellipse system following corporate standards
Tracking the progress of key project documents and following up on outstanding actions
Coordinating meetings, organising car hire, inputting timesheets and supporting general administrative tasks
Providing reports and supporting project financial processes including purchase orders and invoicing
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Skills:
Strong data manipulation and analysis skills, particularly with spreadsheet tools
Excellent written and verbal communication
Highly organised, logical and methodical approach to managing a varied workload
Confidence working with stakeholders at all levels
