We’re looking for a Technical Administrator to join our Developer Services Adoptions Team, supporting the adoption of new development assets across the business.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment, providing critical administrative, financial and data support to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
About the Role
As our Technical Administrator, you’ll play a key part in supporting project and programme delivery. From maintaining accurate documentation, to tracking key milestones and liaising with internal and external stakeholders—you’ll help ensure our engineering projects have a clear audit trail and run efficiently.
You will also be responsible for creating and managing project information within our corporate systems, contributing to financial processes, and helping the wider team stay on track through strong reporting and coordination.
What you'll be doing:
Administrate Adoption Agreements inline with industry standards
Maintain accurate project documentation in line with company procedures
Collect, analyse and input key project data to support programme delivery
Create and manage project records in Ellipse and other corporate systems
Track progress of documents, actions and milestones, liaising with stakeholders
Ensure timely completion and transfer of asset registration forms and drawings
Support financial processes, including raising orders and processing invoices
Provide general administrative support including organising meetings, car hire and timesheets
Maintain high standards of accuracy, reporting and data quality
What We’re Looking For:
Required:
Proven administrative experience in a busy office environment
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage high‑volume workloads
Strong attention to detail and accuracy under pressure
Proficiency in MS Office
Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
Desirable:
Experience analysing or manipulating data using spreadsheet tools
