As a Transition Planning Coordinator, you’ll play a central role in bringing our strategic priorities to life. Working at the heart of the Strategy and Regulation team, you’ll coordinate high-impact planning projects, ensuring they are delivered smoothly, efficiently, and with real business value.
You’ll be the glue that connects teams, data, and decision-making — keeping projects on track, stakeholders aligned, and insights flowing. From managing timelines and budgets to analysing data and challenging assumptions, your work will directly influence how we respond to industry change and deliver for our customers.
What you’ll be doing:
Coordinating strategic projects from concept to delivery
Managing plans, risks, budgets, and governance processes
Turning complex data into clear, actionable insights
Working across teams to drive collaboration and progress
Supporting the development of forward-thinking business strategies
What we’re looking for:
A strong organiser who thrives in fast-moving, collaborative environments
Analytical and curious, with the confidence to challenge and improve ideas
Experience coordinating projects involving multiple stakeholders
Ideally, knowledge of the water sector or a similar regulated industry
