As the voice of our business, our Customer Service team are proud to represent the South West Water brand – making sure to provide an incredible service to everyone they speak to. Our teams

Billing and Accounts

From billing queries to home moves, our Billing and Accounts team are there to support our customers with any issues they may have – on the phone, and over WhatsApp, SMS channels and social media messaging channels too.

Wholesale team

From flooding incidents to water discolouration problems, our Wholesale team deals with any customer queries related to our physical network and products. Once they’ve diagnosed the problem, they then work with our colleagues out in the field to resolve any issues efficiently and effectively.

Specialist teams

From taking meter readings to helping vulnerable customers manage their payments, dealing with escalations to providing technical support – you’ll find a huge range of opportunities in our Specialist Customer Service teams.
