“From being asked if the toilet block roof is safe to walk on for a bat survey to notifying our tenants that we’ve had a fire at a radio mast site, no two days are the same in my role. I love the people I work with and that my role connects me with many others across the business. Most recently during 2020 I supported my colleagues by coming into the office whilst they worked remotely or from home. It was challenging and I had to learn multiple roles and use new technology but I had some lovely feedback from all those that I assisted.”
