What we do
As the voice of the South West Water brand, our Marketing and Communications team are responsible for building, maintaining and managing our reputation – as well as helping our customers to make the most of their water.
From PR and social media to internal comms, it’s down to our Communications team to bring the South West Water story to life, internally and externally. Meanwhile our Marketing team works closely with our Customer Service teams to ensure our customers’ needs are always met.

South West Water plays an integral role in the South West – that’s what inspired me to join the company. It’s great to be surrounded by hundreds of committed, dedicated and hard working people who genuinely love what they do and the impact that they have on the region and people's lives.”

From Regulations to Marketing, our Head Office is home to a range of South West Water teams.
